Alle notwendigen Dokumente werden beim Einchecken in der Basis zur Vefügung. Hier sind einige zur Voranschau und zum ausdrucken. Mit diesen unterzeichneten Formularen geht das einchecken wesentlich schneller. Zusätzlich sollten immer Brevet, Logbuch und Kreditkarte mitgebracht werden.

• Taucher Haftungsbefreiung
  Benötigt für alle Taucheraktivitäten mit Aquanauts.
• Medizinisches Formular
  Für jeden Tauchkurs wird dieses medizinische Formular gebraucht. Solltest Du Fragen haben zu Gesundheitsproblemen, drucke dieses Formular aus und bespreche es mit Deinem Doktor.
• Tauchen mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  dieses Formular wird für alle Taucher unter 15 Jahre benötigt und muss unterschrieben sein von einem Elternteil oder einem Vormund.
• Aquanauts Grenada Brochure
  Review our brochure to review all of the services that we offer at Aquanauts Grenada.
• Safe Diving Practice
  Required to sign for all scuba diving and scuba course activities.
• Kids age 8 - 10 may sign up for a BUBBLEMAKER PROGRAM.
  Required to be signed by parents/ guardians and kids. Both Kids and parents need to watch the Risk Flipchart presented by the instructor.
• Grenada Travel Tips
  Review our Grenada Travel Tips for airline, currency, travel, and other valuable information while you are in Grenada.
• Grenada Immigration Form
  Required for all travelers to/from the Island of Grenada.
